SERVICE MANUAL
FOREWORD
The present operating instructions ARE NOT integral to the unit. The instructions
are only to be supplied to qualified and specialised technicians liable to ordinary
service and unit repairing. Technicians or operators liable for the unit installations
are to be authorised in writing by COMINOX.
Any operator or technician is liable to read the operating instructions and strictly
comply with its instructions and information as COMINOX is not liable at all for any
damage to people or things or to the unit, should the operator not comply with the
hereby described general operating conditions.
Such instructions are confidential and the customer is liable not to disclose any
information. What is more such operating instructions and its annexes can not be
changed, tampered, modified, violated, copied or sold anybody without COMINOX
approval.

Alarms

Insufficient Water Level

Informs that distilled or demineralised water is missing in the clean water tank.

Poor Water Quality

Alarm for units with demineralisation; water conductivity is too high.

Chamber Level Alarm

Indicates time to recover water level in the chamber was overcome.

TRIAC Alarm

Informs about safety thermostat operation; circuit on coils is not closed.

Insufficient Steam

Informs that steam or over-heated steam is coming out from the chamber.

Pressurisation Alarm

Informs about a small steam loss, resolvable with remedies for insufficient steam.

Over-temperature Alarm

Informs that the temperature inside the chamber overcame 150°C.

Insufficient Vacuum Alarm

Signals that during pre-vacuum phase, pressure did not reach set value.

Fractioned Vacuum Alarm

Signals that depression is missing inside the chamber during vacuum pulse.

Level Probe Alarm

Indicates level probes are not correctly operated, detecting liquid incorrectly.

Sterilisation Temperature Band Issues

Over-temperature and Under-temperature Sterilisation Temperature Band

Alarms signal loss of compliance with sterilisation temperature band tolerance.

Lost Data Alarm
