improper
installation

void
the

on
the
A2091-40/A2091
and
the
Amiga
2000.
Read
this
manual
before
attempting
to
Install
the
A2091.
Turn
the
computer
off
and
unplug
the
power
cord
before
proceeding.
Installing
the
A2091
with
the
power
on
could
cause
personal
injury
to
yourself
and
damage
to
the
equipment.
Make
sure
that
nothing
is
attached
to
the
computer.
Disconnect
all
peripherals
and
power
cords,
and
put
them
aside.
Most
hard
disk
failures
occur
because
of
improper
handling:
never
subject
a
hard
disk
to
electrical
or
physical
shock.
Although
you
can
install
multiple
A2091
controller
cards
in
your
Amiga,
you
may
only
have
one
card-mounted
3.5"
hard
disk.
A
second
card-mounted
hard
disk,
connected
to
the
card's
power
connector,
will
damage
the
Amiga
and
void
the
warranties
on
the
Amiga
and
the
A2091-40/A2091.
Unpack
the
A2091
and
make
sure
you
have
all
the
required
parts.
