V. Replacing the DVD-RAM Drive
To replace the DVD-RAM drive, complete the following
procedure:
Note: Save all the packing materials received with your replacement
drive. You will need them to return the defective part.
1. Attach the drive rails you removed from the defective
drive to the replacement drive (see Figure 5-1).

2. Insert the replacement drive into the front of the computer
in the same location from which the defective drive was
removed. Slide the drive in until the drive rails snap into
place (see Figure 5-2).
