4. Place the wheel on the ground.
5. Grip the tyre with the ngers of both hands.
6. Lift up the tyre and slip it over one edge of the rim.
7. Holding the tyre with one hand, take the tyre off the rim with the
other.
Mounting the tyre.
1. Position the inner tube inside the tyre.
2. Insert the valve through the hole in the rim.
3. With the inner tube inside the tyre, insert the tyre into the rim.
Make sure you don’t pinch the inner tube and check it is not twisted
inside the tyre.
4. Hold the valve while you inate the inner tube to the pressure
specied on the side of the tyre.
Inflating the tyre.
It is normal for inner tubes to lose pressure due to the porosity of the
materials.
The inner tube should be kept at the right pressure. Check the pressure
with a pressure gauge.
A tyre with not enough pressure is more likely to burst.
