• Claims on this warranty must be made through the authorised
CONOR-WRC dealer where the purchase was made, always
attaching the original sales invoice and the warranty registration.
The party in question must prove their identity with a legal
document currently valid in the country in question.
• If they cannot get to said dealer, they can go to another one
previously agreed with our warranty department. In all cases, the
carriage and labour costs are payable by the customer.
• If the registration is not presented within the time indicated, the
warranty applicable will be the mandatory legal period of two
years.
• The nal decision about whether or not to accept a claim will
fall exclusively to our staff, once the part in question has been
analysed.
• We reserve the right to repair frames and forks or replace them
with a new model of the same or superior characteristics.
