EXCLUSIONS:
This lifetime warranty will not cover the following:
• Defects caused by wear deriving from the normal use of the
bicycle. We recommend you check your bicycle regularly.
• Replacement of components such as seatposts, handlebars,
handlebar stems, derailleurs, wheels ... that are not compatible
with the new frame if changed is not included.
• Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, incorrect
or inappropriate use of the bicycle or lack of maintenance as
indicated.
• The warranty is expressly and exclusively limited to the repair
or change of the defective part. In no case will it cover personal
damage caused by use of the bicycle, nor damage due to the
breakage of any component. Neither does it cover damaged
caused by accidents while riding, whatever the cause.
• The warranty of the swing arms and shock absorbers of dual
suspension frames will be 3 years*. In case of breakage, only these
parts will be changed and never the complete frame.
• This warranty excludes the paintwork and decoration of the
bicycles, some colours being liable to fade a little if exposed to
sunlight. Humidity, sweat, corrosive cleaning products, pressurised
water jets can cause rust and/or corrosion. Deterioration for any
of these reasons will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
• This warranty excludes (amateur or professional) competition
models, rented or leased bicycles, demo/test models...
