What to do if my Consumer Cellular Link II is unable to connect to the network?

If your Consumer Cellular Cell Phone can't connect to the network, the nano-SIM card might be invalid, you might be outside the service area, or the signal could be weak. Call customer support at (800) 686-4460, to check if your nano-SIM card is valid. Check the service area with Consumer Cellular. Move to an open space or closer to a window to improve the signal.
