Static IP Configuration.
Configures the following parameters in TransportLayerControl:

· GevCurrentIPConfigurationDHCP: False
· GevCurrentIPConfigurationPersistentIP: True
· GevPersistentIPAddress: Static IP address of the camera
· GevPersistentSubnetMask: Subnet Mask of the camera
· GevPersistentDefaultGateway: Default Gateway of the camera
Once the configuration above is done, restart the camera and the configuration of static IP address
of the camera begins to work.
