Section 3: Web Server and Setup Pages
WebRelay is fully configurable through HTML 4.0 compliant web browsers such as Chrome, Internet
Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox. It has an easy-to-use, tab-based menu system.
The internal web server presents two types of web pages; Setup pages and Control pages. Setup pages
are used by an installer to provision and configure the WebRelay. The Control page allows the relay to
be controlled and displays and digital input status information.
To access the setup pages, enter the following URL in the address bar of a web browser:
http://{ipaddress}/setup.html
For example, using the default IP address, enter:
http://192.168.1.2/setup.html
To access the control page, enter the following URL in the address bar of a web browser:
http://192.168.1.2
Before any setup page submission, the browser will request a username and password. The default
username is admin and the default password is webrelay (password is case sensitive).
Note: The default IP address of 192.168.1.2 is used in all examples in this manual. If the IP address has
been changed, substitute the new IP address for the address shown in the examples.
