When moving units on a base with rollers while the combi ovens are being cleaned, keep the following
hazards in mind and take the actions required in order to eliminate and/or minimize these hazards:

for example), check to make sure
that the retaining element de‐
signed to limit how much the base
can move with the unit is attached.

De-energize the unit before mov‐
ing it

When moving the unit, make sure
not to roll over any connection
lines (electrical, gas, and water)
