      David SanchezAug 15, 2025
Your CookTek Cookers soup well might stop heating due to a power brown out; ensure proper voltage/power levels. Also, ensure the unit isn't sharing a circuit with other electrical devices besides CookTek soup well units. The safety shut-off will engage if an empty pan is left on the soup well surface while the unit is working at full power. Make sure that the dry well surface is clear and wait 15-20 minutes for the unit to reset.
