Note:
When the power is turned off, the ERR light is on and the program is not allowed to be
downloaded.
**If you need to reset the ERR light, after troubleshooting:
1. Pull the RUN switch to STOP and pull it back to RUN;
2. After the main board is powered off, wait for the ERR light to turn off and then send power.
