Assembly instructions
Check the completeness of the hardware kit.
Mounting steps:
1. Check which dowel diameter fits into the toilet seat mounting holes of the ceramic.
2. You can choose outer diameter (OD) 13 and 15 mm.
3. Screw the threaded rod firmly into the bottom of the hinge plate.
4. Slide the white plastic seal with the smooth side towards the ceramic onto the threaded rod.
5. Slide the first spherical washer with the wide side, pointing to the plastic seal, on the
threaded rod.
6. Slide the appropriate plug on the threaded rod.
7. Insert the threaded rod with spherical washer and dowels into the mounting hole and then
into the ceramic.
8. Now slide the bottom of the second spherical washer, showing the narrow side towards
ceramics, on the threaded rod.
9. Afterwards screw the mounting nut and tighten them finger tight.
10. Making sure that the anchor is in the mounting hole of the ceramic.
11. Tighten the nut with the supplied wrench so tight that it can not be rotated with
moderate force.
