Your Costway Ice Maker might not be producing ice due to several reasons. The ambient or water temperature could be too high; try moving the unit to a location where the ambient temperature is below 86°F (30°C) and use cool water. Alternatively, there may be a refrigerant system leakage or blockage, which would require a qualified technician to service.
