Function Description:
The iLEARN System is a next-generation freight door system that integrates door control, VFD floor control, and VFD gate control. The system utilizes a CANbus network for communication between its components, allowing for centralized control and diagnostics. It supports both "Q" and "PA" style interlocks, adapting to different installation requirements. The iLEARN Door Control acts as the central hub, processing commands from the elevator control and managing the iDRIVE VFD Floor and Gate Controls.
Important Technical Specifications:
- Power Requirements: The iLEARN Door Control requires 110 VAC, while the iDRIVE VFD Floor Control requires 240 VAC hoistway power. Machine room power requirements specify a 110VAC power supply for the iLEARN Door Control and a 240 VAC 3-Phase power supply for COURION's Hoistway Equipment. A disconnect switch with three (3) 15 AMP fuses should be provided by the General Contractor in the Machine Room. The system can also be powered by 260VAC, with COURION supplying two (2) single-phase step down transformers.
