iDRIVE VFD Floor Control Description
CONTROLLER STATUS LED - this LED indicates the STATUS of the iDRIVE VFD Floor Control.
No Flash - iDRIVE has not been addressed on the CANbus network
1 Flash Per Second - Normal operation
2 Flashes Per Second - Door operation fault (time-out)
3 Flashes Per Second - Motor fault (over-current, over-voltage, parameter fault)
4 Flashes Per Second - Memory failure
5 Flashes Per Second - Production test mode
If the STATUS LED is something other than 1 Flash Per Second - See the Troubleshooting and
Error Message Section of this Manual.
iDRIVE Network LEDs (RX & TX) - These LEDs indicate the receipt (RX/Red) and transmission
(TX/Green) of information over the CANbus network between the iLEARN Door Control and the
iDRIVE unit. During normal operation, these LEDs should be rapidly ashing. If both lights are not
rapidly ashing, there is a communication error on the CANbus network that needs to be resolved
- See the Troubleshooting and Error Message Section of this Manual.
iSENSOR LEDs (RX & TX) - These LEDs indicate the receipt (RX/Red) and transmission (TX/
Green) of information between the iSENSORs and the iDRIVE Unit. During normal operation,
these LEDs should be rapidly ashing when the iSENSOR magnet on the Lower Door Panel is
passing over the Open or Closed iSENSOR. If these lights are not rapidly ashing when the iSEN-
SOR magnet is passing over the appropriate iSENSOR, the iSENSOR is not properly aligned with
the iSENSOR magnet - See the Troubleshooting and Error Message Section of this Manual.
