Ensure the key is inserted all the way. * The spark plug wire might be disconnected. Connect the wire to the spark plug. * The spark plug could be faulty. Try cleaning it, readjusting the gap, or replacing it. * The engine may not be primed. Push the engine primer button five to seven times. * The engine might be flooded from excessive priming. Wait at least ten minutes before attempting to start it again.
