11. If the motor no load current calculated in step 9 is greater than the minimum
drive current calculated in step 8, set Advanced Level function number 22 to
the motor no load current value calculated in step 9.
EXAMPLE:
5 HP drive having rated current of 8 ampere used with 1 HP motor having rated
current of 1.3 amp
Minimum drive current = 0.15 x 8 amp = 1.2 amp
Motor no load current = 0.3 x 1.3 amp = 0.39 amp
The no load motor current is less than the minimum phase loss detection current.
If the no load motor current is less than 15% of the drive rated current, the drive
may detect an erroneous phase loss and phase loss protection is no longer
guaranteed.
