fat percentage (%). If you require more accurate information
about body fat levels in general or about your own measure-
ments, please speak to your physician.
Compared to the reference values, active athlete’s tend to
have a lower percentage of body fat. Depending on the level
of training and type of sport, these values may be below the
provided reference values.
An extremely low percentage of body fat may pose a health risk.
