TROUBLESHOOTING
DO NOT attempt to repair the air purifier yourself.
If the air purifier continues to not operate, please contact Crane Customer Care.
If the air purifier does
not operate:
▪ Make sure the filter is inserted and base cover is
screwed into place. There is an automatic safety shut
off switch if the filter is not inserted.
▪ Make sure the air purifier is at LOW, MED or HIGH.
▪ Make sure the power cord is plugged into a working
power outlet.
▪ If the above solutions do not work, please contact
Crane Customer Care.
If the air flow is reduced
▪ Make sure that the intake and outlet grills are not
blocked and are free of debris.
▪ Make sure the washable filter has been cleaned and
check your HEPA filter, it may need to be replaced.
