What to do if my Crane Air Cleaner does not operate?

If your Crane Air Cleaner isn't turning on, first, make sure the AC adapter is fully plugged into the outlet and connected to the air purifier's DC jack. Next, press the power button to see if it lights up. Finally, check that the intake grill rear door is securely locked, ensuring the bottom tab is engaged in the slot. The air purifier has a safety feature that prevents it from operating if the intake grill door isn't completely closed.
