Without the Crane Connect app, you cannot adapt the factory default targets to your individual
targets. The following values are set by factory default:
• Target steps: 10,000 steps
• Target distance: 3.5 miles (6km)
• Calorie consumption: 3,000 calories
To set the time, push the reset button

Activating sleep mode
Wear the wristband when you go to bed and activate sleep mode as follows:
1. In sleep mode, press and hold the menu button

The message “Sleep?” will appear on the display.
