PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Smoke is coming from the
radiator of the machine.
There are ingredients stuck to or
near the heat pipe.
It is the rst time you use the
machine and there is protective oil
on the surface of the heat pipe.
Unplug and clean the heat pipe,
being careful not to burn yourself.
On rst use, burn dry and remove
lid.
The crust of the bread is
too thick.
The bread stays ready in the keep
warm function for a long time.
Take out the bread just after
nishing cooking.
It's hard to get the bread
out.
The mixer is sticking to the shaft
of the bread drum.
After taking out the bread, put hot
water in the bread drum.
Allow to soak for 10 minutes,
remove the stir bar and clean it.
The ingredients do not stir
well and the bread does
not bake correctly.
Incorrect program selection.
Check that the recipe you are
using is suitable for the menu
program you choose.
After the machine started to
work, the top cover was opened
many times. The bread is dry and
the toasted of the surface is not
golden.
After the last fermentation,
please do not open the lid.
The resistance of the mixer,
rotation or mixing of the dough is
not enough.
Check if the at side of the mix-
ing rod hole is damaged.
Take out the bread bucket and
take out the fork to work normally.
If not, please contact After Sales
Service personnel for inspection
and maintenance of the product.

remove.
Check if the bread pan is xed
correctly.
Make sure the dough is made
according to the recipe and the
amount of the ingredients are
correct.
The size of the bread is so
big that it pushes the lid
of the cover.
Yeast, our or water is excessive.
The ambient temperature is too
high
Check the above factors and
appropriately reduce the amount
according to the recipe.
The bread size is too small
or the bread does not rise.
You did not add yeast or the
amount of yeast is not enough.
The yeast can have poor activity if
the water temperature is too high
or the yeast is mixed with salt.
The ambient temperature is too
low.
Check the amount and yield of
the yeast.
Increase the room temperature
properly.
The dough is so big that it
overows the bread pan.
The amount of liquids is too much
for the dough and the yeast is
excessive.
Reduce the amount of liquids and
you will improve the rigidity of the
dough.
