  If you encounter a Vehicle Linking Error on your Creator Scanner, here are a few things to check: * Ensure the ignition is turned ON. * Make sure the scan tool’s OBD II connector is securely connected to the vehicle’s DLC. * Confirm that the vehicle is OBD2 compliant. * Try turning the ignition off for about 10 seconds, then turn it back on and continue testing. * Verify the control module is not defective.
