Troubleshooting guide
Troubleshooting
Repairs to your machine may only be carried out at the service centre.
Unprofessional repairs and use of non-original replacement parts can be
dangerous for the user.
In case of unprofessional repairs, no liability will be accepted for resultant
damage and the guarantee is invalidated.
If this troubleshooting guide does not help you to solve your problem,
please contact your local sales point.
Important: Pull out the power plug immediately in case of faults, defects
or possible damage to the machine after a fall.
Key colours/displays
– The keys light up in different colours according to operating mode:

Cleaning key

– Machine is in standby

coffee or tea
– Choose a dispensing key 7, 12
Cleaning key
flashes red during
coffee/tea dispensing
– More than 300 cups have
been made and the machine
must be decalcified
– Decalcify the machine 7, 16

stays blue
– Water tank empty – Fill water tank and replace.
Press cleaning key

– Thermal cutout tripped – Switch machine off, and on
again after half an hour. If er-
ror is not corrected, contact
service centre
Cleaning key
flashes blue
– Decalcification in progress – Wait until key stays blue.
Fill and replace water tank.
Press cleaning key
Wait until decalcification is
finished. Do not interrupt the
decalcification process!

– Steaming out in progress – Wait until all key lights
extinguish, then turn off main
switch

again after half an hour. If
