Usage Features:

Installation and Connection:

1. UC Engine Preparation: Remove connector covers on the UC-BRKT-100-SD-Z-ASSY bracket assembly before making connections to the UC-ENGINE-SD-Z.
2. System Connections: Connect the TSW-1060-B-S touch screen and the UC-BRKT-100-SD-Z-ASSY bracket assembly. This involves connecting the touch screen to the LAN PoE port via the PWE-4803RU PoE Injector, and connecting the soundbar to the UC-ENGINE-SD-Z via USB and LAN. The UC-ENGINE-SD-Z also connects to the display via HDMI and to the network via LAN. A laptop can be connected to the UC-ENGINE-SD-Z via HDMI for content sharing.
3. Display Connection: Connect the display device to the UC-ENGINE-SD-Z using the CBL-USBC-HD-9 cable for HDMI input and a power cord (supplied with UC-BRKT-100-SD-Z-ASSY).
4. Cable Management: Bundle cables using the integrated cable tie wraps for a neat and secure installation.
5. Securing Connectors: After all connections are made, secure the connector covers on the UC-ENGINE-SD-Z using a #1 Phillips head screwdriver. For enhanced security, use the included spanner screws and a 1/4 in. bit.

Configuration and Login:

1. Apply Power: Press the power button on the UC-ENGINE-SD-Z and power on all other devices. A pairing code will appear on the connected display.
2. Log In to Zoom Rooms Service:
   • On the TSW-1060-B-S touch screen, tap "Touch Here to Enable a Specific Application," then select "Zoom Rooms" and "Confirm." The touch screen will reboot.
   • Enter the pairing code from the display to pair the touch screen with the UC-ENGINE-SD-Z.
   • Activation Code Login: Tap "Enter Activation Code," then input the 16-digit code provided by the administrator.
   • Sign In: Tap "Sign In," enter Zoom Room credentials, and select the conference room name.
3. System Settings:
   • Tap "Settings" (enter password if required, default is 0000).
   • Select the soundbar as the source for both "Microphone" and "Speaker."
   • Tap "Meet Now" to exit.
4. Advanced System Configuration: Connect a USB keyboard and mouse (sold separately) to a USB port on the UC-ENGINE-SD-Z to configure additional system features. Refer to the Crestron Flex UC Video Conference Systems Supplemental Guide (Doc. 8360) for detailed instructions.
