Why is my Crestron Mercury CCS-UC-1 CCS-UC-1 not receiving PoE+ power?

The Crestron CCS-UC-1 might not be getting enough power for standard PoE+ operation, possibly because it's only receiving power from a standard PoE source. Also, the Cisco switch’s Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) could be disabled. To fix this, connect a PoE+ source, or use the PW-2420RU power pack. Alternatively, configure the Cisco switch to enable LLDP.
