If the product does not display your heart rate, relax
your wrist and remain motionless for a short while
(approximately 15 seconds). Your heart rate should now
appear.

Before first use
After unpacking the product:
Charge the product (for details please refer to section
“6. Charging the product”).
Charge the product in time. The battery performance will
degrade if the voltage is too low for a long time.
