What to do if Cuenod Burner has no flame signal?
- JJoel WhiteAug 12, 2025
If the Cuenod Burner shows no flame signal at the end of safety time, or the gas flow rate is unsuitable, adjust the gas flow rate. Also, verify the state and position of the ionization probe relative to the mass if the flame monitoring circuit is faulty. If there is no ignition arc, adjust, clean, or replace the electrodes. Check or replace ignition cables if they are damaged or faulty. Replace the ignition transformer if it's faulty. Consider changing the control unit. Check the wiring between the control unit, servomotor, and valves if the electromagnetic valves do not open. If there's mechanical jamming in the valves, check or change the coil. Finally, change the valve.
