Classic Creamy Chicken Salad
1 ½ onions, cut into 2.5cm pieces
1 ½ celery stalks, cut into 2.5cm pieces
1.4kg poached chicken breast, cut into 2.5cm pieces
250ml light mayonnaise
1 ½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
½ tsp paprika
Insert the large metal chopping blade into the medium work bowl. Add the onions and
celery replace the lid and pulse to fi nely chop, for about 8 to 10 pulses.
Add the chicken and pulse about 5 to 6 times to chop.
Scrape the bowl and add the mayonnaise and seasonings; pulse to achieve desired
consistency.
