Disassembly
Remove the copper sealing washer and discard.
Clamp the nozzle holder in a soft jawed vise and
remove the nozzle nut.
Remove the nozzle needle valve and intermediate
plate.
NOTE: To avoid damage, place the injector nozzle
and needle valve in a suitable bath of clean
test oil.
Remove the nozzle holder from the vise; then remove
the pressure spindle, pressure spring, and shims.
