ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS (cont.)
If the infeed or outfeed tables are not level (parallel) with the cutterhead tips, loosen and/or
remove the table screws and washers to access the leveling adjusters. SEE FIG A below.
FIG A.
NOTE: Turn adjusters clockwise to raise table or counterclockwise to lower table.
These adjustments, if necessary, may take a few attempts.
A. Using a slotted screwdriver, turn adjusters to level outfeed table with cutterhead.
B. Once parallel, replace the washers and tighten screws.
4. Raise the Infeed Table so that it just touches the straight edge at the front. Rotate the
cutterhead with the hex wrench so first tip is at its apex. The tip should just touch the straight
edge. Repeat moving the straight edge to the fence. If the infeed table is not parallel to the
cutterhead or coplanar to the outfeed table, perform the table leveling instructions above. See
FIG 15 and FIG 16 When both tables are coplanar and parallel to the cutterhead, continue to
next page.
