Why is my CyberPower BP48VP2U01 not performing the expected runtime?

If your CyberPower Control Unit isn't providing the expected runtime, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure the Extended Battery Module has been charging for at least 12 hours. Also, the UPS might not be recognizing the correct number of Extended Battery Modules. Adjust the Extended Battery Module Quantity setting on your UPS to the correct number using the UPS LCD module, PowerPanel® Business software, or the RMCARD interface (if installed). Finally, degraded batteries can also cause this issue; in that case, contact CyberPower about replacement batteries.
