5. Push Infant Car Seat rmly into vehicle
seat, pressing down near the Buckle
Strap between the child’s legs A A while
removing slack from Lap Belt BB. Repeat
for Shoulder Belt.
6. Make sure that vehicle belt buckle and
hardware do not interfere with the Infant
Car Seat.
7. Check the recline angle. Adjust the seat
angle until the WHITE LEVEL LINE
on the Infant Car Seat is level with the
ground. A tightly rolled towel or pool
noodle (pg. 55) may be placed under the
Infant Car Seat, near the vehicle seat
back, to adjust the angle, if necessary.
