What to do if there is no drive from motor in CycloTricity Stealth Bicycle?
    • R
      Rachel CamposAug 4, 2025
If your CycloTricity Bicycle motor isn't providing any drive, start by checking the battery connection. Next, open the controller's plastic box to ensure the motor is properly connected to the controller. If those are fine, test the pedal assist function. If pedal assist works, inspect the throttle connection to the controller. If there are no lights on the dashboard, ask your dealer to fit a new dashboard and check the difference. If none of these steps resolve the issue, ask your dealer to fit a new controller and check the difference. As a last resort, ask your dealer to fit a new motor to verify whether your old motor is damaged.

How to fix slow speed on CycloTricity Bicycle?
    • B
      brenda05Aug 14, 2025
If your CycloTricity Bicycle's speed is too slow, first, ensure the battery is fully charged. If the battery is full, check the LCD/LED settings to ensure the maximum speed is configured correctly, referring to the manual for instructions. If there is a handlebar dashboard problem, contact your dealer for a replacement. If the battery is overloaded, there are no available solutions. If you suspect motor damage, ask your dealer to fit another motor and test the speed.

Why is the driving range so low on my CycloTricity Bicycle?
    • J
      jason49Aug 23, 2025
If your CycloTricity Bicycle's driving range is very low (less than 10km or 6 miles), start by ensuring your tires are properly inflated. If the tire pressure is correct, re-condition the battery by charging it for 12 hours, then use it until completely drained; repeat this process three times. When riding, use pedal assist, avoiding throttle-only operation. If the issue persists, ask your dealer to charge your battery with a new charger to verify if any difference. If none of the above steps improve the range, consider replacing the battery.
