Exceptions to limited Warranty
1- Damage resulting from misuse, not maintaining the
vehicle or not following the guidelines within this
user guide.
2- Accidental or deliberate damage.
3- Damage due to private repair or alteration by user.
4- Failure to produce invoice or proof of purchase.
5- Spare parts and components worn in normal use.
6- Non-electrical components such as brakes, gears, chains,
cranks (though the main frame is covered by the
warranty) etc.
