Power
Plug in the Adapter into an AC wall outlet or power strip.
Note:
• Power source is conrmed when the Power LED on the Adapter is illuminated.
• D-Link recommends that to ensure optimal performance, the DHP-306AV should be directly plugged into a wall socket. Plugging the device into
a power strip may increase the possibility of noise and interference in the network and lead to below optimal performance.
Connect the Ethernet Cable
Connect the included Ethernet cable to the network cable connector located on the Adapter and attach the other end of the Ethernet cable to the
network or PC. Network Connectivity is conrmed when the Ethernet LED on the Adapter is illuminated.
