Device Mode
How you want to use your DIR-809 will determine which mode you use. The following pages describe each mode to help you determine which
one to use.
• Router Mode
• Repeater Mode
By default, the DIR-809 ships in Router Mode. If you wish to change to another mode, ensure that initial setup in Router Mode is complete, and then
change to the desired mode, described in Device Mode on page 82.
