Caution
¥ Crank shaft Bearing (Upper Half)
All upper bearing have oil port and groove.
¥ Crank shaft Bearing(Lower Half)
¥ Crank shaft
Assemble the crank shaft of which gear is toward
front of engine.
¥
Thrust washer
Assemble thrust washer of which oil groove side is
toward crank shaft side.
¥
Crank shaft Bearing Cap
1) Spread the engine oil at the bearing cap bolt.
2) Assemble the bearing cap at the crank shaft.
Make sure the direction of arrow is toward front of
engine.
3) Torque bearing cap bolt to specified torque in
order. (see figure)
