• Valve Spring Free Length
Measure the valve spring with the vernier caliper.
Replace the spring if the measured value is out of the
specified limit.
• Gradient of Valve Spring
Measure the valve spring gradient with a square.
Replace the valve spring if the measured value is
excessive from the specified limit.
•Tension of Valve Spring
Measure the valve tension with a tension measure.
Replace the valve spring if the measured value is out
of the specified limit.
