3) Slowly turn the remover shaft handle counter clock
wise to pull out the cylinder liner.
Make sure not to damage the
cylinder block when removing the cylinder
liner.

Measurement of Cylinder Block Inside Diameter
1) Measure from measuring point (1) toward W-W, X-
X, Y-Y, Z-Z.
(1) Measuring Point: 115 mm
2) Average value for 4 measurements should be used
to moderately determine the liner grade.

Inspection of the Cylinder Liner Projection
1) Set up the straight measure (1) at the top part of
liner.
2) Measure liner projection with the feeler gauge (2).
Inequality of liner projection to other clylinder must be
less than 0.03mm.

1) Set up remover of the cylinder liner to cylinder liner.
2) Make sure to set up remover of the cylinder liner at
bottom of cylinder liner.
