Crankshaft Main Bearing Inside Diameter
1) Tighten to the specified torque after assembling
cap for the arrow of the bearing cap to be toward
front of engine.
2) Measure main bearing diameter with a inside dial
gauge.

Connecting Rod Bearing Inside Diameter.
Measure the bearing inside diameter a the specified
dial gauge after tightening connecting rod cap bolts.

Clearance
Determine the bearing clearance after measure crank
shaft journal outside diameter (or outside pin) and
inner diameter of bearing.
Grind the crank shaft or replace bearing if the crank
shaft journal and bearing clearance is out of specified
limit.
