Piston and Connecting Rod
Heat piston approximately 60ûC.
1) Assemble the piston and connecting rod with the
pin.

Piston Pin Snap Ring
1) Assemble the piston pin and piston ring with snap
ring plier.
2) Check it whether the piston and piston pin are
smoothly operated or not.

Piston Ring
1) Assemble the piston ring with piston ring assembly
jig.
Assemble piston ring as follows:
(1) Oil ring
(2) 2nd compressed ring
(3) 1st compressed ring
Make sure the direction of 1st and 2nd compressed
ring as shown in figure.
2) Spread engine oil to surface of piston ring.
3) Check it whether piston ring is smoothly rotating at
the inside of piston ring groove or not.

Connecting Rod Bearing
1) Assemble the connecting rod bearing to big end
and cap.
2) Assemble the connecting rod and connecting rod
bearing, and tighten cap bolt to the specific torque.
3) Spread the engine oil to bearing.
