Daily maintenance after each use
1.Drain and clean the sewage tank and discard the waste from
the solid-liquid separation basket.
2.Remove and rinse the oating lter located in the recovery tank.
3.Drain the clean water tank and, if necessary, ush the tank with
hot water no higher than 60 degrees Celsius.
4.Remove the scouring pad/brush for cleaning. If worn, ip or
replace the scouring pad.
5.Wipe the squeegee strip and place the squeegee assembly in
the raised position to prevent damage to the strip.
6.Check the wear condition of the edge of the squeegee blade. If
there is any wear, swap the two ends of the blade or replace the
blade.
7.Use an all-purpose cleaner and a damp cloth to wipe down the
machine.
For safety : When cleaning the machine, do not use high-
pressure sprays or water hoses to ush the machine to avoid
failure of electronic parts.
8.Check the brush skirt for wear and replace if worn or damaged.
9.Charging the battery: In order to extend the service life of the
battery and ensure the best performance of the machine, the
battery must be charged after the machine has been used
for more than 30 minutes.
Monthly maintenance (every 80 hours of use)
1.Remove the solution tank lter from under the machine and
clean the lter, making sure to empty the solution tank before
removing the lter.
2.Clean the top of the battery to prevent electrode corrosion (refer
to “Battery Maintenance”).
