The above table is for guidance only, ensure food is thoroughly defrosted

• Once defrosting has finished, 3 beeps will be heard and the LED Display (7) will
show ‘End’.
Auto Function Menu
This Microwave has eight preset auto cooking programs, there is no need to set
either cooking times or power levels.
1. Press the Menu button repeatedly to select the desired auto menu A1 to A8.
2. Rotate the Time.Weight control to select the weight or number of portions.
3. Press the START+30s button to start cooking.
The following table shows details of the programs:
4. Once the auto program has finished, 3 beeps will be heard and the LED Display
(7) will show ‘End’.
Ensure that food is thoroughly cooked after the auto program has finished.
