Adjusting the Airow Rate
You can adjust the airow rate to increase your comfort.
To adjust the airow rate setting
Press .
Each pressing of the button change the airow rate setting in
sequence shown below.
Auto Indoor unit quiet Low High
When the airow is set to ”, indoor unit quiet operation will start
and the noise from the unit will become quieter.
In indoor unit quiet operation, the airow rate is set to a weak level.
If the temperature dose not reach the desired point, change the
airow rate setting.
In DRY mode, the airow rate setting is not available.
If COOL/DRY operation is started with airow settings on “AUTO”,
the indoor unit will initially deodorise, which functions to suppress any
internal odours. As a result, the indoor unit will not emit air
immediately. (Wait for about 1 minute.)
At smaller airow rates, the cooling effect is also smaller.
Tips for saving energy
Be careful not to cool the room too much.
Keeping the temperature setting at a moderate level helps save energy.
- Recommended temperature setting for cooling is 26.0-28.0°C.
Cover windows with a blind or a curtain.
Blocking sunlight and air from outdoors increases the cooling effect.
Clogged air lters cause inefcient operation and waste energy.
Clean them once in about every 2 weeks.
