POWERFUL Operation
POWERFUL operation quickly maximizes the cooling effect in any operation
mode. You can get the maximum capacity.
To start
Press during operation.
• POWERFUL operation ends in 20 minutes.
Then the system automatically operates again with the previous
settings which were used before POWERFUL operation.
• “
” appears on the LCD.
To cancel
Press again.
• “ ” disappears from the LCD.
NOTE
Notes on POWERFUL operation
• When
button is pressed within 10 seconds after press button to start operation, the air
conditioner will work in quick cooling operation, the compressor and indoor fan will work at high
speed to help cooling faster than normal POWERFUL operation under the condition that the
indoor temperature level will be 25~37°C DB/outdoor temperature level will be 25~43°C DB.
This mention will be available with FTKF25 only.
• POWERFUL operation can only be set when the unit is running. Pressing causes the
settings to be canceled, and “ ” disappears from the LCD.
• POWERFUL operation will not increase the capacity of the air conditioner if the air conditioner is
already in operation with its maximum capacity demonstrated.
In COOL operation
To maximise the cooling effect, the capacity of outdoor unit increases and the airow rate becomes
xed at the maximum setting. The temperature and airow settings can not be changed.
In DRY operation
The temperature setting is lowered by 2.5°C and the airow rate is slightly increased.
In FAN operation
The airow rate is xed at the maximum setting.
