A CT or related error is detected by checking the compressor running frequency and CT-
detected input current.

Conditions
" The compressor running frequency is below 55 Hz and the CT input is below 0.1 V.
(The input current is also below 0.5 A.)
" If this error repeats 4 times, the system will be shut down.
" The error counter will reset itself if this or any other error does not occur during the following
60-minute compressor running time (total time).
