INTELLIGENT EYE Operation
“INTELLIGENT EYE” is the infrared sensor which detects the human movement.
To start INTELLIGENT EYE operation 
Press 1. and select “ ” on the LCD.
Each time the • is pressed a different setting option is displayed on the LCD.
The INTELLIGENT EYE lamp lights green.•

By selecting “• ” from the following icons, the air conditioner will be in INTELLIGENT EYE
operation combined with COMFORT AIRFLOW operation.

When the louvers (horizontal blades) are swinging, the operating as above will stop movement •
of them.
The lamp will be lit while human movements are detected.•
To cancel the INTELLIGENT EYE operation 
Press 2. .
Press the button to select “Blank”.•

Somebody back in the room
• Back to normal operation.
The air conditioner will return to
normal operation when the sensor
detects the movement of people
again.
When somebody in the room
• Normal operation
The air conditioner is in normal
operation while the sensor is
detecting the movement of people.
When nobody in the room
• 20 min. after, start energy
saving operation.
The set temperature is shifted in
±3.6ºF (±2ºC) steps.
