3.6 Removal of Sound Insulation Pad
Procedure Warning Be sure to wait 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies
before disassembling work.
Step Procedure Points
1. Remove the sound
insulation pad.
 Since the slit prepared for
the piping connection on the
sound insulation pad is torn
easily, remove the pad
carefully.
 When restoring, the sound
insulation pad should pass
the internal side of the
piping.

Untie the string fixing
the sound insulation
pad to the compressor.

Pull out the sound
insulation pad for the
body.
